1200 gpm Mud Cleaners
Mud cleaner is a separation equipment. One set contain a linear motion shale shaker, two desander hydrocyclons and 20-22 desilter hydrocyclones. One set can treat 280-320 m3/h drilling fluid.
More and more manufacture change the design to fit more short on the mud tank, so the desilter hydrocyclones are all on two parallel pipes, each side has 10 pieces, but this way make the drilling fluid do not distribute well of each, and finally effect the treating capacity. The original model is derrick design, desilter hydrocyclones are distributed circle, this will be a little higher, but the effect is excellent.
